Join us on the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Sandy and Occupy Sandy too, to hear from those whose daily lives continue to be impacted, including a homeowner from Canarsie, a NYCHA resident from Red Hook, a business owner (Buzzy O'Keeffe, The River Cafe), and a Coney Island first responder.

Amy Starecheski, Associate Director of the Columbia Oral History MA Program, will moderate. Featuring Rachel Falcone from Sandy Storyline. Co-presented with the Brooklyn Community Foundation. Followed by a reception for BHS's new exhibition 'Documenting Sandy.'
